OUR FOUNDATION
Leadway Rx has a history of providing consistent value and solid services to our clients and plan members for over 20 years. We got our start when Trust Plus Pharmacy Benefit Consultants, Inc was formed and began operating in 2002. Since that time, Trust Plus has been serving self-insured entities of every size and type, from small businesses to large corporations and from public to private. In January of 2024, the founders of Trust Plus passed the torch on to new leadership to continue the tradition of providing excellent PBM solutions for self-insured entities. While continuing the legacy of being a TRUSTed partner to our clients, built by the previous owners, our new leadership has taken that torch and is coupling the company's 20 plus years of experience with our new leadership's knowledge and experience in pharmacy and specialty pharmacy ownership to bring a unique viewpoint to our clients. We are now using that unique viewpoint to develop creative transparent solutions for the complex and historically opaque issues that are plaguing this industry. While pushing towards our new goals with new strategies, we decided that a name change was necessary for us to pursue our mission of LEADing the WAY in transparency.
